งาน BEYOND FOOD EXPO 2022 จะจัดขึ้นในรูปแบบ #การสัมมนา เป็นการสัมมนารูปแบบใหม่ที่ไม่เคยจัดมาก่อนใน #ขอนแก่น โดยความร่วมมือจาก TASTEBUD LAB, Future Food Accelerator ‘บัดดี้’ หน่วยงานที่ร่วมสร้างสรรค์อาหารอนาคตยั่งยืน เป็นองค์กรที่ผลักดันด้านอาหารแห่งอนาคตยั่งยืน ซึ่งทำงานร่วมกับนักวิจัย Startup และ SME ด้าน FoodTech / BioTech จัดตั้งกลุ่มภายใต้เครือข่ายที่ชื่อว่า Future Food Network ซึ่งปัจจุบันมีสมาชิกรวมกว่า 6,000 คน
